Ashanti Gold Club Boss, Thomas Duah has stated that only two coaches are experienced than him in the Ghana Premier League.
Ashanti Gold continued their recent form after been thrashed Berekum Chelsea 5-1 on matchday 27 of Ghana Premier League at the Len Clay Sports Stadium on Sunday.
After winning last weekend against Great Olympics, the Miners made it two wins in a row and seven points from their last three games.
The Obuasi-based club are now 10th on the league log with 38 points, scoring 36 goals and conceded 27 goals. They have also lost 1 game and picked 10 points in their last five consecutive league games scoring 11 and conceding 4.
“People have forgotten how long I have been in this job. You cannot select three (best) Ghana Premier League coaches without adding my name,” Thomas Duah told Kumasi-based OTEC FM.
“Great Olympics head coach, Annor Walker and coach Kassim Mingle of Bechem United are those I started with.
“Coach Prosper Narteh, Samuel Boadu, and others are my juniors. What I need is support. Just give me the credit I deserve when Ashgold win any game and stop tagging my team with betting.”
Ashgold will pay visit to Akoon Park on Sunday at exactly 3:00pm to play against Medeama on week 28 in the ongoing Ghana Premiership.
