Kumawood actor Oboy Siki has alleged that the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, Hon. Mark Okraku Mantey and his friends have squandered money from government meant for the creative arts industry.

In a television panel discussion with Papa Kumasi on Royal Television’s Anigye Fie last weekend, Boys Boys as he’s affectionately called, said Hon Okraku Mantey shared the money from the government with his friends.

“This government allocated money for the creative arts industry and Okraku Mantey called his friends and shared the money. Even A-Plus said this on a national television that they called Arnold to come and take his share. He even said they didn’t give his a part of the money.”

This allegation followed a discussion on why the movie industry is almost collapsed in the country.
